Why do people keep calling Obito by the fake name Tobi?

Tobi was a name as a cover up for his true identity, aswell as his mask

now that BOTH his name and face have been revealed to manga views, why do we insist on calling him "tobi"?

The name shouldn't even be used anymore, it's a thing of the past...his name is OBITO.

Last time i checked, names used to hide one's true Identity were no longer necessary once the true identity is revealed..

I like tobi better, mainly because of all the things obito has done when I didn't know it was him. His fight against konan makes obito look like such a badass in the anime.

I think it's mainly the people who were and still are hating on the original theory that Tobi is Obito. They just hate to admit how wrong they were. Also it doesn't matter what we may call him because if you recall he is the psycho who has no identity in even his own mind.
