naruto made scratch on sasukes forehead protector & sasuke dropped it at the valley. but why rest of the akatsuki members have scratch on there forehead protector ????

This. It was either foreshadowing Sasuke would ally with Akatsuki, or to prove Sasuke wrong about Naruto not being able to scratch his forehead protector. Or both.

Nagato was the first one to do this.
When Hanzo betrayed them and caused Yahiko's death, Nagato went rampage and after that, he took one of the headbands and made that scratch as a sign they were renegades/ no longer loyal to Hanzo. It became a symbol in Akatsuki and the current members use it as well
