This and you mean Kabuto and not Zetsu. By "his", you are referring to Yamato and Yamato body was used to amplify Zetsu's strength to increase Obito/Tobi's battle strength of his Zetsu Army at the time during the Fourth Great Shinobi War.

It isn't confirmed that Yamato went evil yet. Sarutobi just screamed his name. And he did just arrive on the battle field.

CHances are his is evil on the low low.
But seriously I smell Yamato being a key way to stop Madaraa due to the Senju relation and Hashi relation.
