Why would people still say Minato can't beat EMS Sasuke ?

The seal is still in the same room, the only way he will get into susano is if the kunai is inside it. Cant realy tell how far away he is from the Kyubi in that image.

Complete and total assumption, as there is no proof for or against that. Minato has never had the need to teleporting into a room that he didn't already have a kunai inside, so we don't know whether or not he can

Where's this Hiraishin restriction stemming from though? Sand was able to get inside Susanoo and pull Madara out, so why would Minato, who's not even touching the materialised chakra (Susanoo), have difficulties teleporting inside? Sand went through it, so any 'brick wall-like' analogy would be false, unless you believe Gaara's sand can phase through brick walls also.

The Kyuubi was far and the point here is Minato managed to get there and use the Kuchiyose no jutsu before the Bijuu Dama was released without Hiraishin, since there was no other instance where he could've placed a seal on the Kyuubi's head.

The scan, were minato teleported to tobi, then stabbed him and placed a seal on him, he can do that to sasuke as well. (in that there is enough room inside susano'o for that)

That i actually agree with, i assume there must be a cool-down timer for each individual seal, probably just a few seconds like pain though, cause minato did use the same kunai twice to beat tobi, but obviouslly minato can chain teleport if he has more than one seal. (cause of when he saved kushina from the 9-tails)

Sand is alot less dense and smaller than a person itself. You also forget the fact the sand creeped up from under the only weak point of Susanoo. It's impossible for two people to stand in susanoo at the same time. See here.

If it was possible for Danzo to attack Sasuke right here why did he back up. The ribcage forms even in a full susanoo. There is no room to attack.

Show me 1 scan where there are two people standing inside Susanoo together

He can. He just wouldn't do that because that would make his game predictable.

It went through and pulled him back out. Madara's Susanoo even has legs.

Minato is teleporting through it, in such a case, it's like the Susanoo isn't even there since he's not physically touching it. It's a superior way of phasing through Susanoo (when compared to Gaara's sand).

Really good points, um, to rebut i'd have to say this.

Danzo backed up because, because he wasn't AS close to sasuke, as minato was to tobi. in that scan you showed he was too far away from sasuke and obviously would have been inpailed by the ribcage. (also he was trying to avoid susano'o in general, since it's so op'ed) The point i'm making is, if if the radius theory is correct (which it likely is) Then

1.) Minato only has to get the kunai a few feet outside of susano'o

2.) From there he COULD teleport to sasuke in the same way he did to tobi

3.) assuming he passed a seal on the ground he could stab AND tag sasuke before sasuke has a chance to react (just like he did with tobi)
