The rikudou power he inherited allowed him to use multiple variants of kamui with one eye. Mangekyo is suppose to let you use one eye technique per eye. He's only suppose to go intangible and warp items but he's able to eject kamui and create a mid range kamui with just one eye. 3 types of kamui uses and only one eye is unheard of from other uchihas that didn't gain the physical energy of the sage to combined with their inherited mental energy.
