Why would Killerbee give up Samehada?

In the last episode we see Samehada the sword is in the Hidden Mist Village, but the question is why.

Samehada chose Killerbee as his swordsman, so why give it up.

It would of been cool to see Killerbee master using Samehada and even fuse with it.

Not anyone can use Samehada, the sword rejects those it doesn't approve.

Probably diplomatic reasons. Also the Mist can create scrolls that reverse summon them all or at least summon a duplicate. Samehada might be excluded from that scroll though.

Because Bee can’t fuse or absorb chakra through the sword like Kisame can. Samehada stayed with Bee because Kisame was gone and he liked his chakra, Bee couldn’t truly wield Samehada like his previous masters can.

Reasons Bee gave it back:

1) World peace and friendly relationship gesture between cloud and mist
2) Chojuro is a Sever Swordsman AND Mizukage
3) Did he really need the sword now that the world is at peace?


Personally I thought he was more effective WITHOUT it but its always nice to have a chakra battery with you.

The real reason he gave it back must be probably bcuz he cant fuse with it, bcuz of the bijuu inside him, remember in the kage summit, chojurö says kisame gets jinchuuriki like chakra when he fuses with the blade? The blade itself is like a bijuu, killer bee cant have more than one bijuu at a time, inside him.

Because there's another worthy Hoshigaki in the world and it might have an affinity to that clan.

If it got reverse summoned or replaced then it wouldn't have a choice in the matter.

Samehada chooses who is allowed to wield it, I doubt it would willingly give up a chakra source like the hatchibi just to go with some kisame wig wearing looking motherfucker
