why won't tobi use the ems?

ok that explains it as well but why wouldn't tobi take sasuke's eyes to get ems though?

Do you mean why would he implant sasuke's eyes to gain his techniques therefore he gets the ems.

Or do you mean why doesnt transplant sasuke's eyes therefore he gains the ems with his own s/t abilities as before

If you mean the former, then its very possible that tobi didnt exactly implant itachi's eyes into sasuke for the sake of friendship, it might be more than that. Possibly because itachi's mastery of tsukuyomi is beyond what we know and that might link in with the moons eye plan

If you mean the latter then i think its impossible. If an ems is implanted into somebody who has an ms, i think the ems implanted maintains its original technique's. However it might be possible that the ems might also gain, the abilities of that ms. Therefore tobi might gain all the abilities of sasuke's ems along with his s/t abilities.

Tbh i dont know and ive come to the conclusion that kishi is very simple guy. His thinking patterns are too simple to come up with a theory which is complicated

i does say in the manga a fellow clansman it doesnt say brother to obtain ems
