why won't tobi use the ems?

he already unlocked his own mangekyou sharingan but the ems makes you not blind and also seems to make you stronger like what sasuke and madara have said about needing new strength not just the strains but new powers so why hasn't tobi taken sasuke eyes and use the ems already to even be more powerful.

also if the ems is a combination of both eyes wouldn't tobi gain susanno if he had sasuke mangekyou sharingan because madara susanno looks like a possible combination of two susanno's so maybe the ems does give you both abilities from both eyes since you actually have someone's else's eye but can still use your own techs like what sasuke done with blaze release even though he has itachi eyes.

so why hasn't tobi got the ems or susano?

EMS is whenever he swaps his own MS for a different MS. It is unknown if it has to be between siblings or not, but that's the only case we've seen it in.

He cant because every sharingan has a different ability. He just can use his s/p technique with his 3 tomoe sharingan thats why he isnt going blind.

Tobi doesnt have the ems. If he did his kamui design would be upgraded with the patterns of another ms, but its the same as kakashi's. My best bet is that kishi would try and give a lame explanation as to how he hasnt gone blind and say that because he has hashirama's dna that either ridiculously slows the blindness process or fully nullifies it.

We all know that hashirama's dna already gives the sharingan ability a boost. This is the increase of izanagi and the reduction of time after the use of ka and its next use
