Why won't CC2 or Studio Pierrot give us good fanservice?

I mean do they not listen to what fans want with fillers or characters for the Naruto series? Don't they want money? Their hurting their profits not catering to some fans demands! Like for example these are trival complaints but why can't CC2 add a cloakless Konan, Akatsuki Cloaked Jugo or to spice Kaguya up with something give her a sexy bunny costume.

As for Studio Pierrot unlike most I thought they did good with most of Part 1's filler before and after the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. But onwards with Part 2 it fill like they dropped the ball hard with fillers with only some minor exceptions! But even then honestly the fillers where over stuff both good and bad that no one cared about! To sum up my problem with them I would will give one thing they could have done a good filler over being Neji vs Lee. So to end it how do you guys all mostly feel about this as a whole? Do you most of you think non of these studios listen to what the fans really want? Please Discuss!

Let just put a comparison here to DBZ. We see it get sucked off in every to its fillers and Non-Canon in games all the time! But Naruto in the storm series at least! Can't put characters with already programmed Jutsus as playable characters which could easily satisfy many fans but it isn't done even though it would probably make some money but isn't done! Why can DBZ get this treatment but not Naruto?

Naruto is a big enough series. It doesn't really need fanservice. Plus, a lot of casuals watch Naruto, so fanservice would probably just drive them away.

And to be fair, Storm 3 had a bikini DLC pack.

But on topic, for your points about SP wanting to make money, hate to break it to you but that's exactly what they're doing. First of all, WE don't have any say in what SP does. We watch their material for free, illegally. The only audience that matters to SP is their Japanese audience - MAYBE the people who steam through legal venues like Hulu, but most likely not.

They make their money by producing content every week. SP didn't add filler upon filler in Part 1 because the still had Part 2. Now the manga is over, and once the main story is complete most likely a large part of their audience [AKA - their income] will leave and move on. So to compensate they are shoving as much filler crap as they can into the main story to prolong the conclusion. Of course, even after the main story ends I can guarantee you there will be a HUGE filler series based around Boruto, likely airing after they animate Gaiden - or perhaps they will animate Gaiden sometime after the Boruto series, similar to when they animated the Kakashi Gaiden.

My point here is that if you don't like the filler, then just don't watch it. SP will make them with or without you and there's nothing we can do about it, since we watch them for free. I know a lot of people like to throw that reason around [the, "we watch it for free so stop b*itching], but it's the truth.

CC2 confirmed the dlc list will have new characters and there's a cloaked jugo already. We know how they basically transfer each costume over from previous games.

No filler in part 1? Lmfao. There was 2 years of filler.
