Personally I don't find him that overpowering without the hougyoku.
Frankly old man Yama, isshin, byakuya, yoruichi, and kisuke would all be stronger in this case.

Are you kidding me? Aizen could put anyone under complete hypnosis with just his shikai. and then easily kill them or mainpulate them.

Oh and Aizen is cooler than ywach. He seems more calm and mysterious.

What I could not cope with would be him becoming somehow less relevant/important/or less of a threat because of that. Oruchimaru become irrevelevant ebcause compared to many other charactaers in the story he is weak. Hopefully the same will not happen to aizen who is invincible

No body wants him back seriously Yhwach and Haschwalth are bigger threat right now . But the way plot is going now Kyroaku is going to Central 46 to request Aizen's release.

Seriously why are you comparing Aizen to Orochimaru ?Orochimaru was strong till Part 1 and he was relative fodder in the War Arc its not the same case with Aizen he is master Manipulator .

I don't know how Shunsui is gonna release him ? If he is released first thing is he will try to recruit rouge Quincies whom Yhwach abandoned them.

Actually he does not have Shikai rright now when he said Hogyoku never desired his Zankpatou any longer . Was he lying ? We will never knew without his Zanpaktou he is useless in this war .

Because it would be interesting to see Aizen face-off against Jucha Bach. Two prime villains of the series going against each other. Also the fact that Aizen is an incredibly interesting character, I would like to see some interaction between them.

So I think it would be a great thing for Aizen to return.
