You really think he's that powerful? Goku and Beerus aren't even close to Whis in power.
I think that Evil Goku may even be powerful than Whis.

According to DB logic,Every new villain is stronger than the previous villains.I am pretty much sure that Evil Goku must be more powerful than Whis and Hit.

There is a reason Omni king was introduced a while ago.

Possible. The Omni King is said to be getting involved in this arc. The exception of that rule is the Buu saga. Super Buu was the strongest version of Majin Buu, without the absorption of others, but Kidd Buu was the final villain.

you're right about the exception.
I think we have to wait to see the true power level of Evil goku then =D
