Bijuu hatred can't affect a skilled Uchiha bro. They rob the bijuu of it's mind with a sharingan genjutsu so it's hatred will be non existent/irrelevant. As for the people saying an Uchiha body can't handle a bijuu that's the lamest joke ever. Uchiha body can handle a bijuu neg diff, it's KURAMA they can't handle, you know, the guy has more chakra and strength than all the nijuu combined, the guy who overpowered 5 bijuu with only 50% of his power. By the way even the Senju can't handle Kurama (Hashirama not counting), that's why Konoha had to get an Uzumaki to do it for them, Mito, Kushina, Naruto.

They both were able because of hashi chakra and they can summon them better than keeping them inside

Who is crazy and who isn't ... is an opinion. Don't pass on your own rubbish as some sort of manga highlighted and properly propagated fact. Nothing in the manga suggests that Uchihas cannot be Jins. For example, orochimaru wanted Sasuke's body to learn Dragon Sage Mode, given that his own wasn't strong enough, along with the perks the Sharingan would have provided.

This shows that Uchihas have strong bodies, as he desired Itachi as a host before Sasuke, despite the fact that he was terminally ill.

I doubt it has anything to do with the synchronization of chakras, seeing as in all the other villages non-Uzumaki were used as jinchuuriki and were able to handle them to an extent. Because of Naruto's accomplishments and gaining of acknowledgement, we tend to forget that being a jinchuuriki was almost considered a stigma, and was most certainly considered a weapon. From what we have seen, relation to a kage, mastering of the tailed beast, and outright secrecy were the only things that protected many jinchuuriki.

The Uchiha, being a noble clan, would most likely be against offering one of their own to be a sacrifice, despite the (potential) power that might come with it. The "powers of human sacrifice" that they reaped were instead their sharingan.
