Tobirama invented a thousand jutsus. For people to say senju without hasirama are weaker same can be said about uchiha minus madara. Fan boy logic gtfo and in actuality it was said they were equal. There was no winner and no end in sight to the fighting so they called a truce. Their was never a winner. Hashi vs madara was a one on one that had nothing to do with clan beef.

My brainstorming session is over. For what I've gathered, the answer is Owarji's answer.

--The Uchiha clan was revered for their powerful manifestations of ninjutsu, but this was primarily Fire-based ninjutsu.

--The Uchiha clan was most famous for their Kekkei Genkai, the Sharingan, but only select members of the clan actually progressed to obtain it. Further, very few shinobi have obtained the further evolution of the sharingan-- madara, izuna, shisui, sasuke, itachi, and (I wanna say) Setsuna to make it an even 6. Out of these 6, only two received EMS, Madara and Sasuke.

-- The Senju clan was revered for their mastery of many ninjutsu. This is as Owarji has explained, "the clan of 1000 hands". The Uchiha clan may have had their powerful fire techniques, but these techniques can easily be doused by water. This may be pushing it too far, but it's not a far stone throw to suggest that the Senju clan got its nickname because many members were able to do more than 2 elements' worth of ninjutsu. 3? 4? 5?

It can be concluded, then, that the Uchiha clan got the raw end of the deal. Their members had to be exceptional to actually manifest what their clan was famous for as it's been suggested that select few members were actually pushed to that limit.

Body is stronger than the eyes.. Eyes need a body while the body doesn't need eyes.

senju clan had to work hard. they strived for perfection. People here are making excuses for the uchiha, but the fact is mostly everyone in the clan had sharingans...people fail to realize how much of a advantage they had with sharingan.

Senu clan was the can of warriors...hell just look at the clan pic. Homies look like bad as hell.

Also why are people forgetting the uchiha got powerful chakras?

And just look a Hashiama and Tobirama... both excel in every caegory of shinb

Because they were the Sage's body, the direct descendants of Rikudou Sennin. Do you know what that means? Descendant of the God? That pretty much gives it away why Senju are this powerful.

Clan of 1000 hands, 1000 skills.. they were all masters or very skilled in all forms of ninja combat... that , complimented with their chakra reserves would make them a force to be reckoned with..
