I was asking myself the question.

Maybe it's because he is going to play a great role for the end of the story.
If we see what he dreams about , his character will lose all his mystery.

Everybody is smiling in their dreams , Oro wasn't smiling in that dream , he is still looking for the Hokage title , see how he looks at Dan.
His character has no "happy/heart" dreams , he dreams about a perfect plan to get power.


I like his character (as a villain) more than ever , it seems he has no feeling (unlike Madara) , his dreams are plans to defeat the Hokage.
