Why wasn't Yugito a perfect jinchuuriki?

Well, why wasn't she? Like Killer Bee, she was from the Hidden Cloud Village and almost definitely trained at Kumogakure's Tailed Beast Temple. A mural of her bijuu (Matatabi) is even on the wall of the temple:

She seemed to have great control over her bijuu and was able to enter it at will in seconds, a sure sign of mastery over her bijuu:

Akatsuki was even surprised by how she was able to transform into the two-tailed cat:

Being from the Cloud Village, she most certainly had assistance is perfecting the control over her bijuu from Killer Bee who was already a perfect jinchuuriki. He could have helped train her to defeat her "evil" side at the waterfall, defeat the bijuu inside her (and provide asistance in the battle like he did with Naruto), etc...so she should be able to enter V1 and V2 forms at will.

She was 29 in Part II so she definitely had the time to train and master Matatabi. Why do you think she never became a perfect jinchuuriki?

She's most likely not notice the size of her bijuu avatar it's small compared to the edo bijuu fight. Also, she wasnt mentioned in the kage meet up on who can control the bijju stated by danzo, so she's most likely playing the force the chakra duel with her bijju like Naruto was doing with Kurama before liking him ultimately becoming a perfect Jin.​

I always believe she did have full control it's just that danzo didn't know about it Yugito & Killer B are from the same village he recognized her during Obito with the 6 Bijuu Jin I sure B and his bijju talked some sense into the 2 tails.

She wasn't a perfect jinchuriki because when the manga talked about people who were considered perfect jinchurikis only yagura and bee's names were mentioned.

In part 1, gaara was able to transform into shukaku, yuugito never said a word after she transformed into her bijuu, she could have just been a more skilled jinchuriki than gaara.

Gaara transformed because he fell asleep and was experiencing intense emotional hatred (reason why Naruto went crazy against Orochimaru and Pain.)

gaara fell asleep after he transformed....

what happened after he fell asleep is shukaku was given full control of gaara's body and therefore he could bring out more of his powers.

We saw gaara got punched awake by naruto and the shukaku transformation was still active, it's only after naruto gave gaara the headbutt of justice that the transformation collapsed.

Surprised that she turned into it.
Not that she specifically turned into it herself which would make her a perfect jin which she wasn't.

Anyway,just because she was from the same village does not mean she should of automatically became a perfect jin
its a miracle that she was even able to become one since most people can't even become a host let alone a perfect one.
