Everyone wants their creation to be respected, that doesn't make it so. You have to make it respected.

Whenever the thread at the beginning of the month is made, you have to submit your 3 chapters. But like Reborn said, you have to be quick. It's like a race since there's only 8 slots.

Nope. You have to sign up whenever the thread is made at the beginning of the month. But you have to be quick because of the 8 spots. First 8, and sometimes maybe 1 or 2 if there are more, are chosen if all the FFs follow the rules, aren't stolen, and etc.
