Why wasn't Mokuton added to Naruto's Rasengan variant affinities

I'm imagining a concentrated ball of chakra surrounded by leaves, on contact the leaves disperse and envelope the target then growing into a tree around entrapping them. That's my interpretation of it.

Well the uzumaki are a branch of senju although lesser only inheriting lifeforce from asura not much else really.
