[Question] Why was Zangetsu sad ?

If you guy remember, when Ichigo was learning mugetsu, Zangetsu was sad because Ichigo was going to lose all of his Shinigami powers.
But after reading the recent chapter, Zangetsu never wanted Ichigo to become a Shinigami. So at the time of Ichigo's training with Zangetsu for Mugetsu. Why was he upset that Ichgo was going to lose his powers? Isn't that what Zangetsu really wanted for Ichigo not to become a Shinigami?

Because he became proud of Ichigo striding forward and didn't want to lose his powers.

And ps he explained his intentions and feelings to ichigo, so yeah he would be sad.....he wanted to protect him thus by not letting him become a soul reaper and he also didnt want him to Lose his powers

Re-read the latest chapter, he was started to feel the opposing of his feelings about Ichigo becoming a shinigami.

The fake Zangetsu said that he originally wanted to prevent Ichigo from becoming a Shinigami. But after watching Ichigo grow through his journeys he began to support him.

fake zangetsu did not care much about ichigo becoming shinigami as much as he cared to protect him ...he said he accepted the fact in the end ...so his intention to protect ichigo was stronger than restraining him frm becoming a shinigami ...hope u got it
