Why was Tsunade made Hokage over Kakashi?

In part 1, after Fodderzen died they were lookin for a new hokage. Kakashi was a canidate over EVERYONE in the leaf village, until they were like lets try to find Tsunade( cuz shes a head midic & is older&wiser,etc.) Hidan & Kakuzu arc, he held his own against 2 "immortal" s-rank nin, one who fought hashi and lived, while babysitting ino-shika-cho. During the Pain Invasion Kakashi showed his skills and im 100% sure he would've taken out deva path with a raikiri if that other path wasnt looking & he didnt waste his kamuis on choji. He figured out pains jutsu & all dat. Tsunades summoning was more useful then her, the head medic whos afraid of blood like tf? He actually deserved the title rather than some old hag whos only ability is to heal and punch shit hard. Kakashi earned his stripes.

He wasn't ready to at the time. Also with Tsunade being one of the Legendary Sanin (Who was taught by the 3rd who had recently died before she took over) she had the advantage with more knowledge and people's trust. He didn't have enough stamina to use Kamui in part 1. He just wasn't ready at the time to take over.

Its because Ero-Sennin and Naruto needed to find someone to heal someone I forget who but they got her for the Job since she could heal and plus was sannin level. And Kakashi never wanted to be Hokage.

Tsunade was a better option at the time of the thirds death. Kakashi stamina wise was shit compared to now. I think when they almost chose him as the next hokage, thats when he was actually fit for the job. But he flat out doesnt want that position anyways.

Look guys, we didn't know about Konoha and all the hokage stuff in part 1, did we? But we do now.

Let's take a look at geniuses of Konoha.

1. Sir Shikaku Nara, he was one hell of genius. If he was the fifth hokage, he could have done a better job than anyone else.

2. Jiraiya-sensei, he is also the legendary sannin. But he was not willing to take over and moreover he needed to continuously travel all over the world.

3. Orochomiru-sama. He should have been made hokage when Minato died. I know some butt-hurts would come and say he will sacrifice village e.t.c but take my word, if snake-god is hokage, no body would dare to attack. + his extreme knowledge.

4. Kakashi-sensei was not ready.

5. Tsunade was student of Hiruzen grandpa and granddaughter of Hashirama Senju. So a plus point, isn't it?

Tsunade despite the hate, was a better choice. Kakashi wouldn't have faired any better against pein. Although Tsunade did heal the entire village, then again pein did revive everyone he killed.

Part 1 Kakashi was already far better than Tsunade, who was fodderized by a non serious Kabuto, the same that was schooled by a non Sharingan-using Kakashi and ran away from him not once but twice. But... when Konoha needed a Hokage, Kakashi was in coma, after Itachi's Tsukuyomi. So ofc Tsunade was a better choice, and even if not so strong as a fighter she is actually a good choice as Hokage.
