As I know the fire is intangible, so how come Tsunade was able to touch it and punch it away? My question is, can she do this with the water or with the lighting?

Shockwave a mini hirudoras, or like the morning peacock, she punched them away
She can most likely redirect lightning and water too.

She didn't deflect anything. She used her healing power as a shield to block the fire from the other Kage because it wouldn't cause lasting damage to her.

I'm guessing it's because madara meld his Katon into a certain shape which made them solid i guess.

Science does not work in NV.

Kishi's fireballs are punchable because he wants so.

How can the fire be...solid?

The user can most likely make them Solid while he is molding the chakra for the jutsu.

Yeah, this is possible. And yet people think her punches are slow. Duh.

Lets not even go there, We all know tsunade isn't punching anywhere close to them speeds.

'most likely', that's not exactly an evidence.

Well since sasuke did a similar looking jutsu which punched through stone with blunt force

I think my explanation is far more plausible that tsunade punching or moving her arms at super sonic speeds.

So you think that Madara could choose to crush a person with fire. :|

I'd say she probably can coat her arms in chakra or something, and then swing her arms at a very fast motion.
This means she should be able to redirect most ninjutsu thrown at her.

It also could be just the mere speed of the movement.

Itachi's arm got caught IN one of those fireballs.

Besides, how could have Tsunade known that "Hey! These are the solid fireballs! The only kind I can block! :DDDDD :d d.d" :|

Well if she can deflect them like that, If Large enough i don't see why not.

Plausible but if she did coat her arms in chakra i doubt she would've taken that much damage if any at all.

I Highly doubt it's mere speed of movement, She has never shown such movement before or since.

The actual flames of the jutsu seems to be around the sides of the jutsu, While the frontal part of the jutsu seems to be the solid part, Otherwise i doubt it wouldn't so easily of broken through the roof.

Same happened in DBZ, Some energy waves could be Pushed, Punched, Kicked away, While others not.

All i can say is, Either the users have controll over this when they mold their chakra (or in DBZ's case Ki) or it's just manga/plot logic.
