Why was Naruto different?

Why is naruto's tailed beast mode different than Killer bee's?

When killer bee wants to become 8 tails he literally becomes the 8 tails , but when naruto wants to be come the ninetails he just goes bijuu mode with a kurama form Chakra like this:

Is it because Ashura's chakra?

Edit: i think it has something to do with naruto not having the full chakra of kurama the other half is with Minato-sama

Heard rumour that Naruto got very high chakra reserves that his own chakra competes with kyuubi into that form instead of being engulfed like killer B

didn't it have to do with the fact that he only had half of his bijuu?
I think I read that somewhere.not sure though

Exactly. By given Naruto his unique and different beast mode it allows him to fight as a ninja and tail beast simultaneously.

Look at everything Naruto did in his beat mode:

Naruto's beast mode had some much potential. It suck we never got to see it's full potential.

Naruto can also be using the chakra differently. You know. Since Gaara when he had his Shukaku it was just like Killer B, that the beast engolves. Naruto might be using the Kyuubi's chakra along with some other forms like the toad sage mode and others but I'm not to sure. This is just some thoughts I gathered up
