If I were Minato, I think I'd take a breather too. After everything he's done and seen so far in the war, it must be quite mentally exhausting. Even Kakashi took some time out earlier in the Kamui dimension before returning to the battlefield.

C) everything he did since he was revived

The guy probably hasn't gotten any sleep in the last hours of his life(extended jinchuriki labor, fighting to death) he didn't get any sleep in the after life(fighting kurama in reaper death) and he was revived to fight in a war. The guy probably took a nap just to remember what it feels like.
