What are you talking about? Sasuke used Genjutsu, but also he was a member of the Uchiha. How it was possible, is unknown. Kakashi, maybe, can't see the Kyuubi because he does not have the Uchiha blood. Even with the Sealing Technique, Kakashi was still unable to see the Kyuubi.

Y'all fail, sasuke saw the nine tails because he used genjutsu, it has nothing to do with sharingan as Orochimaru was able to do the same exact thing on the bridge.
