Why was Hinata Scared/Shocked with the possibility of Boruto awakening the Byakugan?

For what REASON was she overly concerned for? Seeing as it would've be MORE normal if he actually was BORN with the Byakugan then what he and Hima currently have (BLUE EYES).


I mean they do say it requires hard training and what not, but her reaction wasn't based on SURPRISE that Boruto worked hard on unlocking it but instead was a look a parent gives if they learnt that their child suffered through a accident.

I wonder if Himawari is basically now part of the MAIN BRANCH and has a chance to be in line for leader of the CLAN

It may be that Hinata knows a thing or two about what's going on and knows Bolt's eye is unique like Toneri does. idk i am probably wrong but i am almost certain there is a reason why hinata displayed almost fear at bolt saying he has byakugan rather than simply shock like naruto/shikamaru

I think Hinata was surprized he unlocked it without training. Its crazy enough thst Himi did it but what are the odds that Boruto would as well.

Because they know the implications of genes and chakra when it concerns Otsutsuki, one is a byakugan princess the other is a transmigrant with the Juubi's power, if anything having a child with dojutsu would be the perfect prey for another Orochimaru, Akatsuki, Danzo and BZ-type villain.


Basically they're shocked because

1. They know their child will be OP af

2. Now Boruto is candidate for Hyuga leader and makes things more complicated because he's not "pure" Hyuga

3. Based on experience with Kaguya and Toneri, they expect this will attract more higher powers

I think it was because they recton that the Byakugan needs intensive training and not everybody have it. While Boruto who doesn't train had it all a sudden.
