there genjutsu could have easily tamed the kyuubi lets say shisui was the jinchuricki all he would have to do to become a perfect jinchuricki is use koto one time to make the kyuubi cooperate with him regular genjutsu is enough to tame the kyubbi as shown by tobi so the strongest genjutsu of all time should easily be capable of this ! just pointing out how dumb konoaha is for not realizing this though any uchiha with a jinchuriki would be wayyyyyy to op imagine sussano riding ontop of kurama lmao badass would have a whole new meaning

Uzumaki's are better suited for becoming hosts of the Kyuubi. It takes large amounts of chakra to handle Kyuubi's strong chakra. And we wouldn't know how Uchiha's would handle the Kyuubi since only Uzumaki's were hosts of him.

Uzumaki's are better than Uchiha's in handling the Kyuubi because they would survive the Kyuubi being wrenched out of their bodies, and can seal him again inside their bodies. I'm not taking about Naruto who was not talented with the Uzumaki's sealing power, but rather about other Uzumaki's like Mito and Kushina who can bind the Kyuubi with chakra chains and seal him inside their bodies on their own.

Mito Uzumaki was the first jinchūriki of the nine tails.So she chose a clan member to become the next one.Then there was no one else other than Naruto to seal the nine tails in at the time.
