Why Uchihas and senjus share only a part of SO6P and how Rinnegan unlocked

If naruto becomes jinchuuriki of the juubi i think he will have an access to all nature energys just like SO6P also gaara is able to control sand thanks to shukaku now here is the question does SO6P acquired rinnegan because of juubi if you look at people who has rinnegan they can learn all 5 nature elements and jinchuuriki owners have their bijuus nature too.So being jinchuuriki changes your dna.

Then i started thinking why his children dont acquire rinnegan here is the solution with a simple crossing technique

SO6P lets say his chromosomes is-SU - S for senju dna U for uchiha dna
Wife of SO6P her chromosomes is-AB- A and B doesnt represent anything just ordinary human dna
When they make children here are crossing results
SB SB AU AU so none of them makes SU so no rinnegan
Result is child is either Senju or Uchiha

Now what if a senju and uchiha makes children

Our senjus chromosomes-SB
Uchihas chromosomes-AU
After crossing here are results
SU and AB so there is a possibility nothing will come out so its rinnegan or nothing

As well you know that Rikudou Sennin and Juubi were 'Gods' in Shinobi world, they created everything. Perhaps their DNA are so strong so it's 100% dominant. So how everything is built in your sons bodies will build after Rikudou Sennin & Juubi itselfs depends if you are a Uchicha or a Senju.

Otherwise we would soon see a Uchicha with two dots Sharingan, and as well before see a Uchicha with 4 - 7 dots instead of 3.

EDIT: It appears that I misunderstood your thread, but that is also something that we would never know. Because we are talking about two DNA's from two different 'Gods'

But like I say, you may be right. But I don't think we can compare with DNA's from Gods and as well, who ever said that they were humans? They could be a different kind of humans, doesn't means that they have same way of DNA building as we humans in planet Earth has.
