Yes I don't think she'll die yet, Katsuyu seems pretty confident she can mend Tsunade's bisected parts, Tsunade even said to do it later and ordered Katsuyu to bring the other Kages near her.

I think there was a panel in which Hashirama was patting Tsunade when she was a baby, I definitely saw it in the anime though.
