Why Tobirama Could Regenerate and Why Minato Cannot!

I have been reading around the forums and YouTube reviewer's comments and they all seem to not understand something so simple and what seems to be obvious. A lot of people are saying why if Minato can't regenerate his arm why can Tobirama regenerate when he was blown up? Some responses say it was because he blew himself up (like how Deidara failed to kill an Uchiha trollol) and that is why he was able to regenerate. Well if that is the case and Obito's effect was working then than why did the right half of Tobirama's body that was destroyed get completely regenerated when it wasn't even a clone?!

Well first my reply to the reason why Tobirama could regenerate is because it wasn't that he was blown up to save his right body (if an edo tensei body could live with just his left side who knows) it was because Obito's light and dark ability wasn't in effect then probably because he had no control over the Juubi and the attack was just for destruction and defensive purposes. When Obito gained control over the Juubi's powers he probably was able to use the ability where NINjutsu becomes nullified or more than nothing against him. The reanimation justsu is a forbidden NINjutsu the last time I checked so it goes without even saying that now the past Hokages are bleed-less mortals who now aren't to OP when we needed them the most now lol. Though it does make it for the best because the past Hokages now can't do everything and the new generation needs to kick it up to surpass them and make sure their strong enough to protect the world after this war is over (when the Ninja Alliance win unless their already in Infinite Tsukuyomi this entire time and we are getting trolled the hardest than the trolliest troll could troll!) to maintain peace without the help of the past Hokages. This also is giving the biggest foreshadowing event WE ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!... MINATO IS FINALLY GOING TO GIVE OVER THE OTHER HALF OF THE NINE TAILS CHAKRA! (Then he will become the Sage of Six Paths too and there will be a good and evil So6P nuking it out!!). We just better get a Minato and Kakashi moment before Minato inevitability dies or goes away. Worse comes to worse I don't see why Orochimaru (even Tobirama) can't just unedo tensei them and redo it so their fixed again. Just use some of the Ninja Alliance for that their completely useless!!!

The reason why Minato's arm hasn't regenerated is because Obito is using a "Dark and Light" ability --> Yin Yang release technique. This has been affiliated with the Rinnegan... So... It has nothing to do with control over the Juubi... And its plot...
