Because in his opinion it's not Kakashi's fault, it's this worlds fault that Kakashi wasn't able to do something that would prevent Rin from dying. SO he doesn't blame Kakashi but the world and that's why he wants to change the world, so everything goes right .. At least that's what I think BR0
