Well, OK do they have like selected period of time before they can end the series or something that they volunterly produce those stupid filers ? Anyway as I always was wondering, can someone say who supervise the filers ? I mean Kishi wouldn't be so stupid to produce episode just about ostrich... (Which was filler)
