This list in not going to be in any particular order, I'm just going to explain in detail why these guys are 10 strongest characters in the series.
Just to make it clear, fans often argue about how the Edo Tensei is not part of a ninja's power and some say that it does count.
So to put that to rest, when I name the few characters that become Edo Tenseis, I'm going to explain why these guys can still be considered one of the 10 strongest even when they were alive.
No particular order!!!!
Sage of the Six Paths
The Father of all Ninja(duh)
Madara Uchiha, dead or alive, he's still the strongest uchiha in history.
Hashirama Senju, dead or alive, he's still the God of Shinobi. No need to explain that.
Obito Uchiha just has Kamui and that's it
Even when he was alive, Nagato's Six Paths of Pain were still a deadly force, especially the Deva Path. Fans tend to forget how the Deva Path completely decimated Konoha.
Naruto Uzumaki for obvious reasons. He has sage jutsu, and he's the jinchuriki of the strongest tailed beast in the series.
Even though his stamina and health were his drawbacks when he was alive, Itachi Uchiha is definitely amongst these guys. His Susanoo shield can deflect any attack, and the sword can seal away anything it cuts.
Sasuke Uchiha has the EMS, and even though he hasn't shown it's full power, his mastery of Susanoo and Amaterasu puts him amongst these guys.
Killer Bee is the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, second strongest tailed beast in the series. He's currently the best swordsman in the series. Also has great mastery of the Bijuu bomb.
Minato Namikaze is the fastest character in the entire series. For those who say that he's not that good, I'm going to give you a list of reasons as to why he is one of the 10 strongest.
* Already stated that he's the fastest character.
* He invented the Rasengan
* He was able to take out an entire platoon of 50 shinobi in the blink of an eye.
* He teleported the Nine-Tails
* He teleported that gigantic bijuu bomb like it was nothing.
For those who think about adding Kabuto, you guys need to remember something. He might have been one of these guys if this particular moment didn't happen.
With those powers gone, he is now currently back to his original weak self.
Besides, Itachi and Sasuke were not trying to kill Kabuto, so they were obviously holding back, if they had gone all out, they probably would have killed him with mid difficulty.
You guys can put them in any order you want, but regardless, we can't deny from what we've seen in the manga that these are the 10 strongest characters in the series.
