Why there will be no part 3 for naruto?

i just feel killer bee and raikage are going to die somehow but they will need a good leader .Konoha maynot want someone like sasuke back to konoha easy.Therefore i assume that sasuke will go to cloud town and stay since he lightning afinity and i feel sasuke mom not 100% uchiha <probably that why sasuke got the lightning affinity

I think they should just make a movie about them grown up, after the series finishes.

Because everything that has to be solved for plot reasons could(And probably will) be solved in the war. No need for a third season, maybe an epilougish OVA or something like that.
