This probably not a popular opinion but I think even if no one joins after jinbei, It would be fine imo. The author will have less protagonists to think about and thus better development for each, so basically quality characters over just numbers.(even though it seems to be going quite slow with this much only)

Ussop still holds his place as the most developed strawhat, it would be nice if the strawhats were equally as developed as him tbh.

2. Vivi already said that she belongs to her country so why would see leave now that father is ill?

1-Who the hell counts the horse??? Never heard anyone say that before....
2-Vivi isn't a SH.....she wasn't in no SH cover stories. Also, Vivi can't even stop Usopp. Usopp will always be the weakest according to Oda.
3 & 4- BB pirates directly parallel the SHs. You say it doesn't have to be 1v1 but at the same time it can.

Needing something and then achieving it does not mean that one can no longer receive anything else that isn't "needed" exactly after that.

So "that discussion" isn't "over" at all.. fans will continue to discuss, think, and theorize on who new StrawHats can be.

Luffy said he wanted 10 members before going to the Grand Line which he did with less so that statement's not really much of a guarantee that we'll get a total of 10. The BB Pirate angle is a more reasonable possibility for more crew mates.

As for the amounts you all keep bickering over, if Chopper counts then the horse can count too. Without the horse BB has 9 people and Kuzan that's 11, If we take out animals SH's have 8. That's a 3-man disadvantage without animals. Even with Chopper they're still down 2 men. Say Kuzan's not loyal still down 1 man. Room for 1 SH at least.

To be fair to those people though none of us question Chopper(though the WG kind of does) as SH. When we actually get to see a real BB Pirate fight who's to say Stronger won't be in the mix, BB doesn't take weaklings that should imply he's not a typical horse. I wouldn't count him as a commander though since he's always with Q.
