[Spoilers] Why the staff is different(Obito and Madara)

I know that this might sound far fetched and absurd but I believe that the appearance of staff depends on the will of person.

Ashura and Indra while training:

Notice how Ashura is represented by Sun where Indra is by the Moon.

Obito's staff resemble the Sun side of the Staff, where madara's resemble the moon side, it could be that obito still had the Will of fire and was a good guy but with wrong directions shown, and madara being the evil Indra's incarnation while Hagoromo himself was neutral and supported both ways, remember before his son Ashura proved that love is the ultimate weopen, he also thought power to be the ultimate answer.

That's a valid reason I but I think it's something else. I think it has something to do with the Rinnegan. Rikudo had a double sided staff with both Rinnegan. Obito had the left eye, so he got that half, and Madara had the right eye, so he got that half. Rikudo's like Obito and Madara are supposed to embody both Yin and Yang, while Ashura and Indra represent the separate halves.
