You have close to no proof. We have seen next to nothing of EMS Sasuke.

This is common sense, MS Sasuke was powerful enough to hold his own against LRA Raikage, Gaara and Mei one straight after the other. It's obvious Sasuke will be leveled around Naruto. You do know he's not like Minato and actually rarely uses his top speed? All Naruto has shown since BM is the ability to smash a mask, Madara has shown no difficulty keeping up with Naruto's speed with his EMS/Rinnegan, so why shouldn't Sasuke?
