Why the Edo Tensi was created

Tobi did not want to kill his brother or kill himself so he decided to make edo tensi and bring back izuna. Maybe it was a failure and incomplete so he gave up and the orochimaru finished the jutsu. Mean while, Madara finds out that it was a lie, he left the leaf and decided to destroy Konoha. Thoughts?

i think tobirama made edo tensei to bring back izuna, cause hashirama didint want to fight and madara wanted his brother back

I think what will happen in the next chapter Tobirama will use Edo Tensei to show Izuna but if that happens then Tobirama has learned it prior to Izuna's death then its unknown. I just have a feeling he created it before. Madara shunned the jutsu as a complete atrocity.

I wasnt saying that it wasnt i was actually agreeing with the fact that it is. My point was that if even Madara labeled it as so then there has to be a good reason for it. ie. seeing his brother brought back from the grave.

that's probably right , but hashi told tobi not to make that jutsu, but tobi prob wanted to make it so mada
could be nice and that would make hashi happy...
or for using the uchiha abilities and learning about their inner workings
