created the the space time jutsu and a lot of people who don't read the manga slowly and carefully miss a point the 4th made he quote/ his time and space jutsu is better then mine and the 2nd so for all we know 2nd and 4th space time could be the same

and the last reason his a senju and one of the greatest water style users ever
