why taking kakashis eye could screw madara

Well i don't think that if it loses it's light that it's gone forever.

Itachi could still use Susano'o even though he was virtually blind, and his MS wasn't activated.
Madara used eyeless Susano'o.

And considering the fact that it's his own body, he knows where his body parts are at all times, so he can just use it.

And if he misses, it doesn't matter because he has a ton of chakra anyways.
