Why Such Confusion Over Whether Minato is BM or KCM?

As title says, why is there such a confusion, is it because he looks like BM but he can't have that mode? I want to hear opinions

yep.even if he had BM that still doesnt save him from tsukuyomi.a bijuu wont react fast enough to disspel the genjutsu.one second in a real world-3 days in tsukuyomi.a bijuu will find out his jinchuuriki is in a illussion in probably 5-10 seconds which is way too long.minato`s toast if he falls under tsukuyomi...

OT:it`s KM,not BM.for one to have BM he needs to have a bijuu inside of them.but there cant be two kuramas,so he has KM

1. Dont realize that Bijuu Mode requires a Bijuu.
2. Didn't look at the seal on Minato's stomach.
