WhY some tokyo ghoul chapter are not available ?

I have read up to 116..but I can't read 117, 118 and 119. From 116 it quickly jump to 120 ?

They give the raws to different translators and each of them starts at different chapter/ volume. Since every one of those translators has different rate of getting his work done, the rate at which the volumes are being translated are different.....so once they finish their quota of work all the chapters will be available!! U_U
