Well he is "sage" of six path, if he was a sage that basically means he can use senjutsu, which also means he can balance senjutsu chakra with the complete juubi(OP)
, with fully mastered rinnegan. I think juubito is not yet on par with So6P.

well he is a myth and no body really knows true extent of his power and neither of obito's....! obito was not only restricted i.e kamui but also he wasn't allowed to use jubi to it's full extent i.e plot but obito was indeed 2nd coming of sage....!
