Naruto himself admit that Sasuke was stronger than him, but in order to fight Sasuke he needs Kurama's Chakra to even stand a chance against MS Sasuke making MS Sasuke>SM Naruto and beside Itachi only sealed Amaterasu on Sasuke to kill Tobi... Sasuke unlocked his own MS from battling with Itachi and if Sasuke got his MS from Itachi then why does it look so different from any MS.
