[Question] Why smilies aren't appearing near quick reply box?

Whenever I go to quick reply of every thread, I am unable to see important smilies on the right side of the quick reply box. I don't know if this is happening only with me, but I am experiencing this from morning, and that's why I have to click on advanced button each and every time solely to add smilies, which is tiresome.
So, did admins disabled that feature forever and made it necessary to click on advanced button to add smilies or are we going to get new smilies?

Don't make more threads about this and read the annoucements and the replies to other technical issue threads beforehand. The forum was updated and was on maintenance last night so its only normal some things might not be fixed yet. Just be patient and wait until they are. The admins will get to it in due time.
