Madara is the first to unlock MS and EMS he had power but not with taijustu he loses

He is NOT anywhere near his level. Yes Shisui was very strong, and had one of the best sharingan techniques. But he is nowhere near Madara's level. We haven't even seen Madara's special sharingan jutsu.
