why shinobi on this world keep betray me

i cant believed it they my student tommorrow. tommorrow they betray me
i dont understand. one thing if you my student if you wanna leave leave . u be regret it. that not the way shinobi TRUELY ARE. i dont force u to stay if u wanna leave just like the one who betray me u can.
