her name is Yugao Uzuki , she is one of konoha anbu ,

Yugao was one of four ANBU protecting Tsunade as she was using Katsuyu to tend to the villagers ..

she appeared in part1 after baki killed hayate , she visited the memorial stone where Hayate's name had been engraved and swore to avenge him before leaving with her ANBU squad
