Why Sharingan > Byakugan

Not quite, growth possibilities is what makes the Sharingan better. there is only one stage of the byakugan while there is 2/3 other Sharingan stages.

As a whole it is better. But when actually comparing base forms, byakugan is superior.

I agree but from reading your thread, I think the Byakugan has a better defense than a regular 3T Sharingan does. Good thread and good analysis.

Byakugan has better defense abilities no doubt. It's a shame that Kishi didn't give this dojutsu advance forms. But thanks!

And they only use the base form of the sharingan, completely oblivious to the fact that the sharingan can be evolved 2 times (3 if you've got EMS & Senju dna). Byakugan fanboys : If you're gonna make an argument then use everything (every form & ability) and stop relying on one thing.

not many uchiha actually evolve it though, only 2 Uchiha thus far have had EMS, By that same logic, Tobirama is better than all uchiha because he's senju, which means he has wood release and can heal without seals. were it as good as ppl claim, surely obito and itachi wouldn't have foddered the entire clan.

My point is that byakugan fanboys fail to realize that there are many iterations of the sharingan while there is only one of the byakugan. And did you mean Hashirama because I've never seen Tobirama use wood or heal himself without hand seals

of course sharingan is better than the byakugan. the sharingan is like an uber hack, it keeps getting new powers added onto it when we least expect it. seriously I could've accepted an eye that gave power ups like amaterasu (and enton), tsukiyomi, KA, and even kamui (kakashi's), but susanoo is just ridiculous.
