First of all, i am starting with Senjutsu and Rinnegan origin.
Its all started from juubi:
Juubi itself is consisting of two things:
=> Juubi Body (all natures[water,fire etc] ) Although hagoromo divided juubi body into 9 different bijuus thats why they have different nature abilites for example: (Kurama have Fire & wind nature, Son goku have lava nature etc)
=> Juubi Eye (Sharingan and Rinnegan simultaneously)
Hagoromo itself have both traits:
Ashura:
Having same body as hagoromo means body capable of using different natures(water earth etc), body capable of absorbing senjutsu same like juubi, strong physical energy and stamina.
More frankly, he had Juubi body traits
INDRA:
having sage eyes (MS,EMS)
Frankly, he had Juubi eye traits
Juubi Power:
Juubi power itself comes from senjutsu(natural energy). In fact only senjutsus works on Juubi
Kyuubi also regenerated his chakra from nature same way like senjutsu users although the amount of tailed beast chakra is enormous
Also when naruto synced with kurama chakra his absorbing natural energy speed increased.
So we can safely say that Senjutsu is even juubi's own power origin while rinnegan is one of his parts.
Naruto have both Juubi body (tailed beasts) and juubi power (senjutsu) as well
Why Senjutsu >>> Rinnegan
1) Senjutsu of 6 paths allow user to even dodge blind spot attacks which rinnegan user cant
naruto dodged kaguya's blind spot dimensional attack
Sasuke ,rinnegan user, couldn't able to dodge it
Blind SM Madara dodged sasuke attack from blind spot
Nagato with 3 rinnegan bodies connected didnt able to dodge blind spot attack
6 Rinnegan bodies vision connected still couldn't dodge frog kata of sm naruto
2) Physical Strength
3) having Senjutsu of 6 path allows user to have Black orbs, goudamas, which can nullify any ninjutsu.Only Senjutsu can work.
Even without goudamas, still ninjutsu wont work on senjutsu of 6 paths user
But rinnegan users can be damaged by simple techniques
4) Having Senjutsu of 6 paths increase speed and strength
5) Black Orbs speed is faster than kamui
When actually Kamui was faster than Enton
6) Orbs Goudamas can form hokage level 4 red sun barrier which rinnegan user cant.
7)Goudama itself contains all BLOODLINE limits and yang yin ability and 5 elements
7) GENJUTSU of itachi's caliber had no effect on 8 tail jinchuriki when actually naruto is jinchurikii of 9 different tailed beasts
In short, my point is that having rinnegan eye dont have enough abilities or techniques but on the other side whenever madara/obito got senjutsu of 6 paths they outnumbered many shinobis like hashirama
Even many OP abilities/Techniques shown by madara/obito was because of senjutsu of 6 paths.
Summary:
So, its safe to say that Senjutsu of 6 paths >>> rinnegan in general.
Even though its largly depends on users own ability.
But in general senjutsu of 6 paths have better feats and abilities
In Fact, Naruto defeated kaguya with his senjutsu of 6 paths showed that he is fully mastered in it while sasuke got a hard time
So,Rikudo Naruto >>> Renngan sasuke
