why sealing techniques are the best...?

Sealing techniques Are the best because its use it can be use to stop, control, halt for example a tailed beast, powerful ninja, edo, tensei.
It prevented the hokages from being used as edos, control and halted ninjas from attacking.

As far I Know, I seen nothing better than a sealing technique xd

True but also not true, the Jutsu is only a good as the users capability with it, meaning if you're not good at sealing Jutsu, don't waste your time.

Yeah but their adaptability with the sealing Jutsu is probably the reason they were attacked in the first place.

The sharingan clearly wasn't. But last I checked according to Itachi the leader of the Uchiha Clan didn't even attempt to fight back against Itachi. He told Itachi he to take care of Itachi. So we'll never really know.

going to say not true, the seals used to seal the tailed beasts can be unsealed and if their hosts are uncompatible it dosent matter how good the seal is the beast will be released. The sealing techniques used to seal the edos can be removed and the ninja can return. The sealing technique that was used on Sasori took to long to activate and he transplanted his core to another puppet. And if you stop the user from completing the 12 hand seals for the dead demon seals or if the user doesn't have more chakra than the person being sealed the victims soul will not be sealed like in the case of the 3rd vs Orochimaru. Even orochimarus cursed seals have their draw backs like death to reach the second stage, and the fact you have a parasite chakra living in your body. Itachis sealing technique requires sharingan and MS a feat that very few Uchiha have ever accomplished. Negatos sealing technique requires either the demon statue + the rinningan. His nine phantom dragon technique takes days to complete, even then you need more than one ninja to use it plus the other factors. Even the sealing treasures of the Sage of the six paths have draw backs mainly that they can be used against anyone., on top of the huge amount of chakra each of the weapons use per use. Lastly if you dont know the right combination of seals your seal wont work.

Sealing techniques are definitely top tier but not the best.

I will give you Sasuke and Obito but technically Madara is not alive. He is an EDO which is closer to a zombie and he did die.

Rinnegan. Even Human Path is better the Reapers seal as you dont die after the use.

Nah im not an uchiha fan. Im just a realist. Well but when i would have to chose my favorite it would be Obito/Tobi.
