You are a special kind of stupid if you think this entire series is going to end up the same way as Hashirama and Madara. Then there would be know message to the series, Naruto has already proven to everyone that you can alter your destiny. Example, being a jinchuuriki? He could've been like Gaara hating everyone and wanting to kill them. No he sucked it up, overcame his struggles, changed the lives of everyone he came into contact with. He even changed Zabuza, Gaara, Neji and so on and they were pretty thick headed on their beliefs at one point. Itachi has been foreshadowing this ever since he talked to Naruto about leaving Sasuke to his friends to change. Sasuke is going to break that curse of hatred. It's not the ending you envisioned but if you think outside the box, this sounds better. If Sasuke becomes Hokage that just means Naruto will be higher up on the totem pole. The ninja system will be different and Naruto will be the center point of it therefore "changing history" and surpassing the previous generations of leaders.

It's almost infuriating that the number of ignorant Naruto Fanboys has increased. This is completely in character of how Naruto acts and how the manga that Kishimoto made works. To those saying that Madara didn't want to become Hokage.. yes but due to his lack of a role in Konoha, you can argue that is more of what pushed him to do what he did. It could be seen as Hashirama's Biggest Mistake in a sense. Had he been Hokage, Madara wouldn't have done half or any of the things he did. Naruto knows the Curse of Hatred and will make sure Sasuke doesn't go back to that side again. Then Naruto will either stay or go on ventures like Jiraiya. And to those who say Sasuke is a criminal, so was Gaara and everyone but Kankuro and arguably Temari hatred him. Sound familiar?

Oh really, lets take a look at Sasuke's leadership decisions:

1. Abandoned Suigetsu and Juugo at the Five Kage Summit.

2. Drove a Chidori threw Karin another of his subordinates.

3. Tried to kill his comrades on multiple occations.

4. Launched an attack on the Five Kage Summit despite having inferior numbers and nearly got his subordinates killed.

Long story short Sasuke is a terrible leader.


For the record why should the village care if Sasuke doesn't trust them and defects, he has already done that.

Ninja don't appease people that threaten to defect, they kill them.

If Sasuke defects they will just put a hit on him and have him killed, that's what they have always done.

They have already done that, he has a bounty on his head, Sai was originally supposed to kill Sasuke and only didn't for Naruto's sake.

Lastly, orochimaru stated that, the villagers wanted him more than minato

Finally, the decision rests with the feudal lord.

Sasuke becoming hokage isn't happening as he hits a massive block at the first hurdle.
Tsunade is currently still alive and even if she dies the decision lies with the elders.
